About Me

Yrthya Dinzey-Flores is a global business leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and cultural evolution across technology, media, finance, government, and philanthropy. She has held senior leadrship roles at Warner Music Group, Justworks, Time Warner/ Warner Media, Thomson Reuters, Toyota, and the Open Society Foundations, and previously served as New York State’s first Chief Diversity Officer.

Yrthya brings cross-sector expertise in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership. She has led global enterprise functions, stewarded budgets exceeding $200M, launched new operating models, and advised CEOs, boards, and senior leaders navigating complex change and growth.


She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of New York’s Public Theater and serves on advisory boards at Burberry and the London Stock Exchange Group.

Yrthya holds an MPA from NYU’s Wagner Graduate School and a BA from Dickinson College.
